CONTACT ROUTES

Three ways to raise legal requests

Legal questions need a clear trail, so we separate them from routine lobby chat. Use the route that matches your concern and include your account email, phone number, payment reference and the…

Account terms help Write to support when you need the account terms explained, a closure request recorded, or a restriction reason checked. We may ask for identity confirmation before discussing private account records.
Privacy request desk Use the privacy route for access, correction or deletion requests linked to personal data. Tell us which record you mean, and we will explain what can be changed or retained under law.
Payment record query For UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay issues, share the reference ID and time shown in your app. We compare it with wallet logs and reply with the recorded status.
DATA PRACTICE

How legal records are handled

The legal page is also where we explain the records behind your account. Some records are needed to run the wallet, confirm payments, handle security alerts and respond to lawful requests.

Account identity checks

We may request identity details when account ownership, withdrawal review or legal access is in question. The aim is to match the request to the right account before records are changed.

Cookie controls

Cookies support login sessions, security checks and language settings. You can adjust browser settings, but blocking some cookies may affect account access or require you to log in again.

Payment logs

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay records may include reference IDs, timestamps, transaction status and wallet movement. These entries help resolve missing credit or withdrawal review questions.

Security alerts

If we see unusual login attempts, repeated failed password entries or device changes, we may pause sensitive actions. This is handled under the account terms and reviewed by support.

Retention approach

Some records are removed when they are no longer needed, while others may stay for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or payment settlement reasons. We explain the reason when you ask.

Change requests

You can ask us to correct account details, review stored data or explain why a record remains. Send enough account detail for verification, but never share your UPI PIN.

Seven legal questions before account access

These answers cover the legal points we are asked about most often: account rights, data handling, payment records, cookies, withdrawals, access rules and contact steps. They are written for India in plain language. If your question depends on your location, payment method or account history, support may need to check the specific record before replying.

Account access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. You are responsible for checking the rules in your state or union territory before opening or using an account.

Your account may hold contact details, login records, payment references, wallet entries, device signals and support messages. We use these records to operate the account and respond to legal requests.

Yes. Send the correction request through support with your account email or phone number. We may ask for verification, then update eligible records or explain why a record must remain unchanged.

Payment records are used to match wallet entries, trace missing credits, check withdrawal status and answer disputes. We may store reference IDs, timestamps, amounts and transaction status for legal and settlement reasons.

A withdrawal may be reviewed when account ownership, payment status, unusual activity or legal compliance needs checking. Support can explain the recorded reason after confirming that the request comes from the account holder.

Cookies do not remove your legal rights, but they help us keep sessions, security checks and preferences working. If you block them, some account actions may need extra verification.

Send it through the support route that matches the issue: account terms, privacy request or payment record query. Include the relevant dates and references, but never share passwords or UPI PINs.
